My plan for the challenge...
I’ve signed up to take part in the Heart Foundation MyMarathon challenge in October, as a way to give myself some extra incentive and kick start some new movement habits for myself, while supporting a good cause.
I’m planning to walk at least a kilometer each day, with a few longer walks with my A-Team team mate Anthea, to make up the difference.

This October, I’ll be doing my personal best to raise funds to support The Heart Foundation.
I’m going to conquer 42 km to raise funds for heart disease research that will help save lives.
Heart disease is the leading cause of death in Australia, and I want to do something to support the thousands of Aussies whose lives are impacted by this disease every single day.
