Support my challenge for Australian hearts
This October, my mum, sister and I are going to walk or run 250km total as a team, partaking in the MyMarathon challenge to support the Heart Foundation.
After losing my Dad unexpectedly to a cardiovascular event in March this year, I want to spread awareness of the importance of a healthy heart and funding research into sudden cardiac arrest ♥️
