To all, 
I am so touched and overwhelmed with gratitude for everyone's support. My family, dear friends and all thank you for your support emotionally, socially and economically towards this great cause to contribute towards research and early intervention of heart disease. 
In honouring my father's memory I hope someone's life is positively impacted by this experience. I hope a life is saved by early detection and people are given opportunities to live longer, healthier lives. My dad had his doctor's clearance before travelling abroad so my family and I were shocked when we learnt he suddenly passed away of a heartattack two weeks into his trip back home. Your contribution to the Heart Foundation gives me hope that this experience might have a different outcome for another family. I am grateful. Please do continue to have the conversation with your loved ones about heart health and look after your own by eating well, exercising, having regular check ups and spending quality time laughing with loved ones.

This has been a touching experience and I'll endeavour to continue the conversation and supporting organisations such as this. 
I have enjoyed sharing stories and connecting with people during this journey. My dad, who my siblings and I call BABA, a humble, hard working and God loving man, felt so close to me during this experience. He is dearly missed but I know lives on through the eyes of my mother and his children Brook, Saba, Sara, Tabarek, Naz and I.

In memory of my father's 70th birthday in heaven

Passing at 52 years of age from a sudden heart attack my father Aynalem's life was cut short. In his memory for his 70th birthday on the 16th of October we wish to give a gift of a second chance at life to another family to grow old with their spouse, see their children grow, meet grandchildren and live! 

Support my challenge for Australian hearts

This October, I’ll be doing my personal best to raise funds to support The Heart Foundation.  

I’m going to conquer 70 km to raise funds for heart disease research that will help save lives.

Heart disease is the leading cause of death in Australia, and I want to do something to support the thousands of Aussies whose lives are impacted by this disease every single day.
