Please help me say thanks to the Heart Foundation

As many of you know, late last year I had a slight issue with my heart and underwent a triple bypass. The support and care I received from all the staff at the RAH was fantastic, however it isn't something that I'd recommend trying!!

To show my thanks and support, I've set myself the goal of raising $500 by walking (and maybe even running!!) 50km in October. Any help that you can give would be greatly appreciated.
