DUCKLINGS!!
Today I persevered through the 35km heat and logged some KMs. I even managed to run for part of the session and my knees and hips weren't angry about it! I think dressing the part in my champion shirt helped.Day 1 (on day 2).
I'm easing into the challenge with a good walk with my family. Puppy Byron is loving the walks to the lake and is very worn out after our first adventure. I think at this stage, he'll be staying back on the running sessions.Support my challenge for Australian hearts
