Support my challenge for Australian hearts
This October, we will be doing our personal best as part of the Western Health Community Based Rehab team to raise funds to support The Heart Foundation.
We're each going to conquer 42 km to raise funds for heart disease research that will help save lives.
Heart disease is the leading cause of death in Australia, and we want to do something to support the thousands of Aussies whose lives are impacted by this disease every single day.
