Hi all
I am pleased to say that due to the donations received to date, I have today raised my total goal to $3500.

Both Col and I are so very thankful and grateful for your generosity and support. 

We have a great nucleus of friends and neighbours and words can’t thank you so much.

Col is progressing really well and has taken note of the exercises that his personal physio has prescribed and us assisting very well with his recuperation.

Increased amount to raise

Hi All
I have increased the amount I wish to raise to $2,000 as I am so grateful for all the donations received so far that I have reached my previous goal.

As most of you are aware Col has recently had heart surgery and we shall forever be indebted to the medical staff, our GP, the cardiologist, the medical staff at The Mount Hospital and particularly to the cardiothoracic surgeon who have contributed in so many ways and in fact actually saved his life. 

By setting this challenge to myself, it is a small way of contributing to future patients who happen to follow Col's  path and hopefully have the same outcome.

Increased my goal

I have increased my goal to $1000 as I have received so much response from my friends……thanks so much for your support, it is very much appreciated by Col and myself.

Support my challenge for Australian hearts

This October, I’ll be doing my personal best to raise funds to support The Heart Foundation.  

I’m going to conquer 20 km to raise funds for heart disease research that will help save lives.

Heart disease is the leading cause of death in Australia, and I want to do something to support the thousands of Aussies whose lives are impacted by this disease every single day.

Join me and help save Aussie hearts by making a donation to my page.

Together, we can win the race against heart disease.
