Bree'ting Heart Disease Together: Every Donation Makes a Difference
Welcome to our donation page, this October we are lacing up our shoes to raise awareness and funds to combat the devasting effects of heart disease.
We've all personally been impacted by heart disease & have created this to honour those we love that are suffering with or we have lost due to heart disease. Recently we lost our beautiful vibrant friend Bree and that is why we are 'The Bree'ting Hearts'
With your generous contributions, we can make a significant impact on the lives of those affected by this silent killer.
Losing a loved one to heart disease is a that no one should have to endure. And unfortunately, it's a pain that too many of us know all too well.
