I’m stepping up to improve my heart health and all Australian hearts this October!
This October, I’ll be doing my best to walk more while raising funds for Australian hearts.
Now is the perfect time of year to get outside and enjoy more of our beautiful walkways and bush tracks - and set a good example to my family by being more physically active.
I’m going to complete a marathon (42.2 kilometres) and raise funds for lifesaving heart disease research.
I’ve signed up for MyMarathon because I want to show my support for the thousands of men and women living with heart disease in Australia. I want to do something to help.
