Supporting to Raise Awareness for Heart Disease
This October, we’ll be donating team spirit for Australian hearts.
Last year, Maddie was diagnosed with Premature Ventricular Contractions (PVCs).
PVCs is a type of abnormal heartbeat, being left not treated increases the risk of developing heart rhythm problems or weakening of the heart muscle. This led to six months on medication, before undergoing a cardiac ablation surgery in October of last year.
This October marks the one year anniversary since Maddie's surgery and to support this milestone we’re going to complete a marathon (42.2 kilometres) to raise funds for lifesaving heart disease research.
Our team want to show our support for the thousands of men and women living with heart disease in Australia.
But we can’t do it alone. Please support our team by joining our team for the challenge or making a donation, right here and now.
