About Cambridge Weight Plan
Cambridge Weight Plan is a flexible, delicious and effective way to lose weight. Researched and tested by medical doctors for over 30 years, the program is designed to help people lose weight faster, develop healthy eating habits, and maximise long term success. Our Consultants provide individual FREE one on one support throughout the program and our current 8 week Shakeitoff4Summer challenge is a great way to get started. We encourage all our Slimmer’s to combine their weight loss with sensible exercise and My Marathon is a great way to get people moving and motivated to achieve their personal weight loss goals and overall better health.
